1. Introduction & Data Controller
This Privacy Policy explains how Batuhan Öztürk ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you play our mobile games published on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including Color Feast: Candy Sort Puzzle and any other mobile applications we develop (collectively, the "Games").
We respect your privacy. Our Games are designed to provide instant entertainment without requiring user registration, accounts, or direct personal contact details such as your real name, home address, or phone number.

2. Information Collected Automatically
When you install and play our Games, certain non-personal or pseudonymous technical information is collected automatically by the Game or integrated third-party SDKs to ensure stability, measure gameplay progression, and serve advertisements:
- Device & Advertising Identifiers: Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA — subject to your explicit ATT consent on iOS), Apple Identifier for Vendor (IDFV), Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID on Android), and random installation/analytics user IDs.
- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device model, operating system version, language setting, screen resolution, crash logs, stack traces, frame rate metrics, and memory usage.
- Gameplay & Progression Data: Completed levels, in-game currency/booster balances, session duration, and gameplay events used to balance level difficulty.
- Approximate Location & Network Data: IP address used by ad and analytics networks solely to determine approximate country/region for regional ad delivery, fraud prevention, and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR/KVKK region detection). We never collect precise GPS location.
3. Third-Party Advertising, Mediation & Analytics Partners
To keep our Games free to play, we utilize industry-standard third-party advertising networks, mediation platforms, and analytics services. These partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, and ad interaction metrics (such as impressions and clicks) in accordance with their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob: Used to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. (Google Privacy Policy & How Google Uses Information)
- Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) & Unity Ads: Used for ad mediation and delivering video and rewarded advertisements across supported demand partners. (Unity Privacy Policy & ironSource / LevelPlay Privacy Policy)
- GameAnalytics: Used for anonymized gameplay telemetry, level difficulty balancing, retention analysis, and crash reporting. (GameAnalytics Privacy Policy)
4. iOS App Tracking Transparency (Unity ATT Integration)
On iOS / iPadOS 14.5 and newer, our Games implement Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework via Unity’s native iOS ATT integration.
- Before any advertising partner (such as Google AdMob, Unity Ads, or Unity LevelPlay) can access your device’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for personalized advertising, you will be presented with Apple’s system permission prompt.
- If you select "Ask App Not to Track", your IDFA remains inaccessible (zeroed out), and you will only see contextual, non-personalized advertisements.
- You can change your tracking preference at any time in your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
5. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Our Games may offer optional virtual items (such as coins, extra lives, or puzzle boosters) for purchase. All financial transactions are processed directly and securely by the Apple App Store (via StoreKit) or Google Play Billing. We never receive, view, or store your credit card details, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
6. Legal Basis & Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, KVKK & US State Laws)
Depending on your location—including the European Economic Area (GDPR), the United Kingdom, Turkey (KVKK No. 6698), and applicable US states (such as California CCPA/CPRA)—we process data under the following legal bases:
- Explicit Consent: For personalized advertising and access to advertising identifiers (collected via in-app consent dialogs and iOS ATT prompts).
- Legitimate Interests: For basic game functionality, crash diagnostics, security, fraud prevention, and aggregated non-identifying gameplay analytics.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your pseudonymous data, as well as the right to withdraw consent or opt out of targeted advertising at any time using the methods described in the Data Deletion & Opt-Out section below or by emailing [email protected].
7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
Our Games are intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable in the EEA/UK). Where age-screening or child-directed flags apply, third-party ad networks are configured to serve only non-personalized, family-safe contextual content. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will promptly delete such information.
8. Data Retention & Security
All network transmissions between our Games and third-party services use industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption. Pseudonymous analytics and diagnostic records are retained only for as long as necessary to maintain game stability, fulfill legal obligations, and improve gameplay balance.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Games, SDK partners, or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date".
